This folder contains the 211 bacterial genomes and MAGs from te Salmon Microbial Genome Atlas (SMGA) v 1.0. Bacterial genomes were either isolated by 
traditional culturing or by metagenomic sequencing of the Atlantic salmon digesta.

-Genomes_fasta folder contains the genome assemblies in fasta format.

-Genes_fasta folder contains the predicted nucleotide sequence of ORFs in fasta format from the assemblies using DRAM pipeline.

-TranslatedProteins_fasta folder contains the translated proteins from the ORFs in the Genes_fasta folder.
